Tierney Celtic/Arsenal saga drags on.

A third bid from Arsenal for Kierney Tierney is expected, with ex Arsenal transfer SUPREMO Sven Mislintat baring all on their policy. Have a read here

Elsewhere, Nomme Kalju have apparently ‘boosted’ their squad with a signing ahead of their game with us next week. My opinion, as The Rock would say, IT DOESN’T MATA

No meaningless friendlies this weekend thankfully, with the team looking fitter with each passing game, despite the greeting done online after the 2-1 victory over Sarajevo.

It was good to be back at Celtic Park again at the humble Block 102, and I did not feel at any point we were in any danger throughout the match.

Moaners gonna moan, I guess.

KT going, 3rd round will be tougher

KT will go in this window. We will get 25 million from Arsenal or someone else and KT will reluctantly go. I think he’d stay another year or two if it were up to him and the money wasn’t crazy, but KT can’t turn down tripling his wages and Celtic can’t turn down 25 million. I only hope we keep CalMac for another year.

NK shouldn’t be any tougher than Sarajevo and it was a fortunate draw for us. Travel isn’t terrible and the weather won’t be a challenge. We should progress with ease.

I’m glad we avoided PAOK today. We could have had an easier draw, but at this point of qualifying Cluj or Tel Aviv could be worse. We will be favorites against either and at least they are not Scandinavian teams already halfway through their season. Let’s get past the Estonians first and then we will worry about who we face in the 3rd round.

Also, glad the Huns actually got a difficult team in the next round. Can’t see them getting past the Danes and something even worse will await them if they do.
