Fair play to the Nations League, it’s taken something to really feel worse than international friendlies but these seemingly never ending rounds of fixtures are, finally, concluding tonight for a few months at least.
We’ll need to go through this in late September unfortunately, but for now let’s just hope the Celtic players come through these final batch of games unscathed and ready to join the club in a few weeks for the gruelling season ahead.
First up, Josip Juranovic is at left back against France in the Stade De Frace.

Elsewhere at Celtic, eh.......nothing’s happened today.
Tomorrow, we’ll do this again, this time with the Celtic players in action for Scotland before , thankfully, looking ahead to club football and turning our back on these draining last couple of weeks in the soccerbaw calendar.
UEFA, thank you once more for that WONDERFUL decision to have a world cup in winter.
Great stuff.
