A huge fortnight for Celtic

The club can no longer resort to their bunker strategy policy after that weekend and instead must pledge to put right every wrong of this season to a fanbase that has had to endure a torrid season of self destructing nonsense, and will face a horrendous summer unless there is a statement of intent declared before we play Rangers on the 21st of the month.

John Kennedy is not the answer, he never was, but it’s now apparent that he never will be, and there must be developments made to ensure that despite talking so well at press conferences and being a ‘disciple of the game’, Celtic must react and appoint a manager similar in stature to Brendan Rodgers in the aftermath of the 2016 semi final humiliation.

Of course, the narrative is a bit different to then. Rangers were still in the championship and not title winners, and Celtic were in a position of strength as opposed to now, where it’s apparent that there will be a huge rebuild and an imminent exodus that’s incoming.

It’s all discussed on the latest GIGPOD, which you can listen to here.

Hopefully it gets you through what is bound to be a dreadful Monday in what will no doubt be a dreadful week.
