Sorry for the lack of activity recently, I’ve had a few things on. It took a lot of effort to apologise also.
The truth is, after getting a shoot prediction wrong at the weekend, I let a lot of people down and so did Celtic.
However, it’s time for another one and this time I’m confident I’ll be right that Celtic will wipe the floor with Cluj tonight.
Unlike Homer Simpson in the big fight with Drederick Tatum, Cluj won’t have a miraculous escape this evening from the arena, and Celtic should run riot.
I’m predicting Ryan Christie, James Forrest and Odsonne Edouard all to get on the scoresheet this evening.
Lenny Boy knows revenge is in the air tonight, and has said :
“I hope the supporters are as well and I hope they get right behind the team because they are going to be really important for us.
”We need to get those European nights up to full decibel levels again.
”I am really looking forward to the fans making Celtic Park a loud and intimidating place.”
Cluj gaffer Dan Petrescu knows he’s in for it tonight as well, saying :
“They (Celtic) were beaten by us and eliminated by us, so they’ll definitely have an extra motivation, that much is clear.
”We’ve put pressure on ourselves after this win (over Lazio) and now we have to try and withstand this pressure and try to get out of the group, which is not what I envisaged at the start of the group stage.”
After a brilliant performance and fine result against Rennes, Celtic will be full of confidence tonight and hyped up for PAYBACK.
The shoot prediction is :
Celtic 4-1 Cluj.

Cluj will see a different Celtic tonight
No CalMac playing defense and unlucky handballs by Broonie. This is a settled Celtic that should know how to play against a Cluj team that will be happy to sit back and play long balls all day. Use the energy in the first 10-20 minutes and let’s score some quick goals against them. Get them down 2-0 in the first half and then just keep the pressure on while not allowing any cheap goals. I think we will win comfortably as well, and I don’t often say that when we are playing in Europe.
