St Mirren V Celtic - let’s get it down to eh....eighteen points!

Celtic have a chance for ‘revenge’ against St Mirren this evening as well as clawing the gap from 21 points behind to a measly 18 by beating James ‘Jim’ Goodwin’s Saints in Paisley.

The good news is the game will be going ahead.

There’s twelve games left in the season, and Neil Lennon will no doubt look to finish this campaign as strongly as possible and will definitely see every passing week as his job interview ahead of 2021-2022, so will not be fielding any ‘experimental’ sides whatsoever.

I expect Scott Brown to start once more, with Christie coming back in the team too.

St Mirren have plenty to play for though, as a win would take see them closer to a top four finish instead of the relegation zone, which is some going for them.

As always, we’ll probably not learn much from this game, and Neil Lennon’s full steam ahead tilt to be in the dugout next season will overshadow anything on the pitch.

The kick off is at 8pm and it’s live on Sky Sports,
