Celtic found out their opponents in the Europa League today.
Along with Rangers, Aberdeen and Motherwell, all Scottish Premiership sides are in the third qualifying round before the play off stage.
If Celtic beat Riga (which is 99% likely), they will play either FK Sarajevo or Budućnost Podgorica.
We’ve beaten FK Sarajevo before, last year en route to the Cluj debacle, in the Champions League qualifiers.
They are however, top of the Bosnian league and should not be underestimated, which we seem to specialise in.
FK Budućnost Podgorica seem like jobbers though and we probably could afford to look down our noses at them.
However, we’ll patronise these teams in due course. Riga will have to be disposed of first.
It’s Livingston at the weekend and the easiest three points of the season so far will surely be on offer, so I’ll do a shoot prediction for that in the morning.
