Even if you don’t have a social media account, or go on the internet after work, you’d have struggled to avoid the news that broke last night that Odsonne Edouard tested positive for COVID-19.
We can confirm that Odsonne Edouard has tested positive for COVID-19 while on international duty with France U21.

As it stands, no other #CelticFC player has returned a positive test.
Our thorough testing programme will continue and we will continue to follow all protocols. pic.twitter.com/JLJroRa7wY
For now, the TOP BEAKS at Celtic Park believe only the Frenchman is infected with the virus within the playing staff.
So, Celtic are enquiring with the government to confirm if Edouard will have to quarantine for seven days, ten days or fourteen days.
In any case, first and foremost, it’s important to remember he has picked up a potential respiratory infection, and shouldn’t just be ‘rushed back’ for any game, whether that be against Rangers or Ross County.
So instead of sitting here speculating, panicking and working myself into a shoot, I will simply update the site further, with confirmed facts from the club, instead of misleading people with unconfirmed rumours, that does no one any favours.
Get well soon, to the big man though.
