Celtic seal the title yet again.

Third away game in a row. Third reminder we’ve won that league.

It is not often my breath on a Sunday afternoon is more appealing than a football team’s performance, but yesterday Celtic managed to deliver a display that was much more stinking than my gub.

And again, despite another dreadful performance away from home, we won with a last minute winner thanks to Odsonne Edouard, once more, repeating his heroics at Tynecastle a couple of weeks ago.

The league was confirmed at Rugby ‘Pugby’ Park last month when Scott Brown’s goal ended any languishing desperate hopes there would be any surprises going into the last few months of the season, and with further last minute winners coming after poor outings, there may as well be a trophy presentation in a couple of weeks after the Rangers game.

A lot’s been made of Neil Lennon’s celebrations when Edouard’s goal went in at Dens Park, and while I personally have no issue with it, at the same time, if it had been Rangers and Gerrard, our fans would have been slagging them for weeks.

The snobbery over how a goal is celebrated is turning into a hell of a tedious affair. We had our own invasion in 2010 when Gary Hooper scored a last minuter at St Mirren. It was accepted. No one sneered or mocked it. It was a better time before the abhorrent site that is Twitter dot com.

My thoughts and opinions will not change anyone else’s inevitable eye roll when this happens again, the whataboutery will be even more intense I’m sure, and I for one cannot wait for it.

Also, Neil Lennon has said Leigh Griffiths may return this season too.

Giving him a run out when the league is done and dusted officially will be a wise idea from The Lurgan Mourinho.

It’s international week coming up so expect reports on Celtic players in action for Scotland as per.
