Kris Boyd comments on Celtic, again!

Another bold statement from him.

Kris Boyd is at it again, it would seem.

After this ‘divide in the dressing room’ nonsense that came back to bite him when his team were routed 5-1 at Celtic Park. the burly frontman is now ‘fully expectant’ that Brendan Rodgers will be leaving Celtic for Leicester if indeed their current manager Claude Puel is sacked.

Based on what, I’d love to know. I’m going to just guess that he’s doing his usual worked shoot for the Daily Record so that people, like me, click it and keep them justifying their positions as a scribe.

However, while I do feel this will be Brendan’s final season with us, he’s not going to leave us this month. It’s lunatic patter and Boyd, as always, is spouting total drivel, albeit to indeed get a reaction as per usual.

The fallout from the defeat to Rangers before the new year has been something else, reminding me of the hyperbole after the 0-0 game with them to round off 2017, a match in which we were extremely fortunate to escape with a point.

I predict what will happen in the second half of the season will be the exact same as last year. The break will have rejuvenated us, and we’ll probably do yet another treble.

And then, you’d imagine after he’s completed Scottish Football for the third season in a row.........he’ll be away.

Kris Boyd...............predicted it!
