With both teams having nightmares at the weekend, something has to give tonight between St Johnstone and Celtic, with the winner going to Hampden for the semi finals of the Betfred Cup.
First off is the game on TV tonight? Yes it is. BT Sport 1.
Tommy Wright has acknowleged the game will still a solid test for his side, who are still unbeaten at home this season.
As for Brendan Rodgers, well, the Celtic manager was bodied in BILD but he won’t care about that as he’ll be focusing on tonight’s game more than what some Germans are saying.
The defence is a big question mark tonight. Will Jack Hendry keep his place in the side after a disastrous last twenty minutes at Rugby Park ? Mikael Lustig, who was extremely uncomfortable on Sunday too, is perhaps one who’ll be dropped.
We can all agree Scott Sinclair should be nowhere near the team too.
Whatever side we put out, it should be more than good enough to breeze by St Johnstone, who are a bad team if we’re being honest.
That said, it’s not like I’ve said something on here and it’s backfired so tonight should be some laugh if we get beat.
