After a string of superb performances for club and country, it was no surprise that Ryan ‘No good enough for us according to certain outspoken Celtic superfans’ Christie picked up the November player of the month award.
Scoring six goals in nine games including firing in the goal that earned Celtic the Betfred Cup, Christie’s form has been tremendous recently and he has cemented his position in the team.
His assists were vital for Scotland as well, who made it to the top of their Nations League Group after crucial wins over Albania and Israel.
It could have all been so different for him had he not came off the bench at Murrayfield for the semi final against Hearts too, but since then it’s a fairytale for him and he thoroughly deserves the plaudits.
Well done Ryan!
