Celtic V Leipzig - match details

Tomorrow’s game is officially not a ‘must win’, but it is one we should be aiming to take three points from to spare the definitive must win match against the best team in the group - Salzburg - after this upcoming encounter with their caffeine loving cousins.

RB Leipzig , like Celtic, are enjoying an unbeaten free-scoring run just now, and having bodied Hoffenheim as well as Hertha Berlin in their last two games, they’ll be arriving in Glasgow with plenty of confidence.

That said, up until we self destructed against them a fortnight ago, they looked there for the taking, and a similar start tomorrow night, with more belief up front, as well as cutting out idiotic mistakes in defence, would help us in securing the points which are vitally needed.

At this point, I’m unsure as to who Brendan will throw in. Obviously Kouassi won’t be shoehorned in again, and Gamboa shouldn’t be near the team either. Benkovic will be a key inclusion in defence for us, and hopefully Ryan Christie carries on his excellent form as of late.

The momentum from last week has to be carried into this game tomorrow and we’re more than capable of getting a result.

The details I hear you ask ?

It’s on BT Sport 3, right after Spartak Moscow V Rangers.

What’s our record like against German teams?

No very good

Elaborate more fatso

Three wins and fourteen defeats, with our last victory coming against Stuttgart in 2003 en route to Seville.

Is there a shoot prediction considering you’ve been on fire with them recently?

Yes there is! Celtic 3-2 Leipzig
