Celtic have announced the signing of PSG striker Odsonne Edouard on loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy at the end of the loan included in the deal.

The player described himself as ‘absolutely delighted’ to be joining Celtic, and we wish him all the best at the club.
Edouard looks to be the only signing Celtic will be making on deadline day, with no sign of the much mooted centre-back. Interesting enough, Rivaldo Coetzee, whose transfer to Celtic fell through last week, today joined South African side Mamelodi Sundowns. Liam Henderson’s proposed move to Hibs didn’t materialise, and here ends the news involving Celtic on transfer deadline. We’ll have a review of Celtic’s transfers so far on the site tomorrow.
