THE BIG STORY: Celtic have arrived in Astana ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League play-off second leg - we’ll have a preview up later today. Nir Bitton has travelled with the squad so the injury that he picked against Kilmarnock at the weekend couldn’t have been that severe. Brendan Rodgers will be holding a press conference today and we’ll bring you news of what the manager had to say.

OTHER NEWS: The other interesting news to come out of Celtic Park is that we have rejected a £2.7 million bid from FC Copenhagen for Erik Sviatchenko, according to the Scottish Sun. I would imagine if they up their bid Celtic may well end up selling the player, as he is not guaranteed game time. Although as Leicester were apparently interested in the player perhaps we can start a BIDDING WAR.

ON THIS DAY: In 1999, a last minute Henrik Larsson winner gave Celtic a 2-1 win over Dundee at Dens Park. Stephane Mahe gave Celtic the lead, but after Vidar Riseth was sent-off Dundee equalised through Lee Sharp but thankfully King Henrik was able to bail us out of trouble. Highlights are below.
