Patrick Roberts Finally Set To Return To Celtic

As one long running saga at Celtic came to an end today it seems that another will ending shortly, with multiple reports claiming that Patrick Roberts will return to Celtic ‘next week’.

Apparently the deal is for another loan, this time until the end of the season, but as I wrote on the site last night Celtic should be trying to make the deal a permanent one, if that’s an option. Hopefully an ‘option to buy’ clause will be included, otherwise I feel that even though Roberts is a very good player, we would be best served signing players who are here for the future.
