SATURDAY 8TH JULY: PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY; SHAMROCK ROVERS 0 CELTIC 9 (LUSTIG 10', ARMSTRONG 23', 69', DEMBELE 28', SINCLAIR 41' 66', FORREST 61', HAYES 81', ROGIC 86')

Scott Brown was taken off injured in the first-half as Celtic hit NINE past Shamrock Rovers in Dublin. Brown was apparently taken off as a precaution with a calf injury but we'll give you more news on the injury when we get it.

Celtic played a very strong team with the Linfield game only six days away and it was good to see the likes of Dembele and Forrest keep up their early season form. There was also a first Celtic goal for Jonny Hayes. See all the goals below.
