Player Ratings from the 4-0 win over Linfield:

Craig Gordon - 5: Just like the first leg he had practically nothing to do the entire game.

Mikael Lustig - 5: Played in more of a centre-back role but didn’t have any attacks to deal with.

Jozo Simunovic - 6: Suffered a nasty cut but played on, so gets an extra mark for that alone.

Kieran Tierney - 6: Did well enough going forward but didn’t have anything to do defensively.

Scott Brown - 6: Didn’t get involved in any petty feuds which I thought he might, played ok.

James Forrest - 5: Didn’t have the best game, could well have his place challenged by Jonny Hayes.

Callum McGregor - 6: Sometimes slightly guilty of trying to overplay the final pass but did well enough.

Olivier Ntcham - 8: Extremely accomplished debut, very early days for him but he looks to be a good signing.

Scott Sinclair - 9: Another great performance from the man who is currently Celtic’s best player.

Tom Rogic - 8: Another game, another goal, some of his flicks and passes are sublime, will be a big player against Rosenborg.

Moussa Dembele - 5: Still a bit rusty after coming back from injury, missed a great chance in the first-half but he will get better.

Substitutes:

Stuart Armstrong - 7: Scored a very good goal, we will really miss him if he leaves...which hopefully he won’t, of course.

Jonny Hayes - 6: Did well again coming off the bench, could well be in contention to start against Rosenborg.

Kundai Benyu - 5: Did reasonably well in his fifteen minutes on the pitch.
