THE BIG STORY: Celtic's decision to refuse to take any tickets for our proposed match against Linfield next month continues to make waves, with The Celtic Trust and The Green Brigade releasing a joint statement against the decision, which you can read here. Brendan Rodgers, who of course hails from Northern Ireland, has given his opinion on the club's decision, saying that he 'understands' why Celtic have refused to take tickets for the game.

OTHER NEWS: Brendan Rodgers also took time to have a go at Rangers chairman/mouthpiece Dave King's recent ridiculous comments.

Big news: Celtic are playing a pre-season friendly tonight in Austria. Hoorah! The game against BW Linz kicks off at 5:30 PM and we'll give you a report on the game later tonight.

Jonny Hayes in particular is looking forward to tonight's game and making his Celtic debut.
