THE BIG STORY: Yet more Jonny Hayes news, but this seems a bit more concrete, with the Daily Mail reporting that Celtic have bid £1.2 million pound for the player, and are hoping to get the deal completed before Hayes joins up with the Republic of Ireland squad. Aberdeen are still interested in signing Ryan Christie but at the moment it seems like the deal will be straight cash. With Celtic paying quite a lot of money by our standards for the player, it seems that Brendan Rodgers is very keen to sign the player and that he could will be a starter in the first team next season. We'll keep you updated if anymore news on this story breaks today.
SITE NEWS: Yesterday we wrote about Celtic's confidence that Stuart Armstrong will sign a new contract, you can read it here.
