Jonny Hayes finally completed his move to Celtic from Aberdeen today, signing a three year contract for an 'undisclosed' fee, with Ryan Christie going on loan to Aberdeen for a season as part of the deal.
Hayes was understandably delighted to join the Invincibles, with the lure of Champions League football a huge part of why he joined Celtic. Brendan Rodgers' managerial abilities were also a reason why Hayes signed, as the two worked together at Reading many years ago.
Hayes will go straight into the first team in my opinion, and will have a part to play in our upcoming Champions League qualifiers. We wish him well in his career at Celtic Park.
