THE BIG STORY: Celtic have continued their awards spree as Kieran Tierney added the Scottish Football Writers' Association Young Scottish Player of the Year award to his recently won PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award. Tierney described himself as 'surprised' to be winning the award, because of his injury problems earlier in the season. Well done to 'KT' on winning yet another award.

SITE NEWS: Yesterday we wrote about the proposed Old Firm related 'Scope' website - read it here.

OTHER NEWS: Celtic face Partick Thistle tonight at Firhill - read our preview here - and we'll have the usual match report and player ratings on the site after the game.

ON THIS DAY: In 1985, Celtic staged another one of our famous Scottish Cup Final comebacks, defeating Dundee United 2-1. After Stuart Beedie gave United the lead, late goals from a Davie Provan free-kick and a Frank McGarvey header won the day for the Celts.
