Saturday Round-Up: Show Why We're Champions

Henrik Larsson celebrates his 50th goal of the season against Rangers on this day in 2001

THE BIG STORY: We are just a few hours away from Celtic's final match against third placed Rangers of the season, you can read our preview here. Let's hope that the Scott Brown captained Bhoys can turn in a fine performance, and win in style. Naturally we'll be covering the game on our twitter account, and we'll have the match report and player ratings up after the game. Good luck to the Hoops!

ON THIS DAY: In 2001, Celtic recorded our first win at Ibrox in seven years, with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Rangers. After a goalless first-half whose main incident was Rangers striker Rod Wallace missing an absolute sitter, two quickfire goals by Lubo Moravcik put Celtic in control, before a late Henrik Larsson goal not only provided him with his 50th goal of the season but also spawned an iconic celebration. An omen for today?
