Player Ratings from our comfortable victory over Rangers today:

Craig Gordon - 7: Was a spectator in the first half, had a couple of decent saves in the second after Celtic took our foot off the gas

Kieran Tierney - 7: A constant threat as ever going forward and did well defensively when called upon

Dedryck Boyaya - 7: Some poorish passing on occasions but otherwise had a good game

Jozo Simunovic - 7: Had a good game, was at the centre of a hilarious penalty claim from Rangers

Mikael Lustig: - 6: Had a relatively quiet game but didn't let anyone down

Scott Brown - 9: Dominated midfield from start to finish, thanks to the SFA for closing on holidays

Callum McGregor - 8: His best moment in a Celtic shirt with the opening goal, had a good game, never hides

Stuart Armstrong - 7: Almost scored with a terrific curling shot, a good game as usual

Patrick Roberts - 8: Rangers couldn't deal with his pace and trickery, had one of his best games in the Hoops

Scott Sinclair: - 7: Sealed the victory with the second goal, was a constant threat to Rangers

Moussa Dembele: - 5: Was a constant threat and set up the first goal but was forced off injured in the first half

Leigh Griffiths - 7: Won the penalty and caused Rangers problems with his shoot on sight policy

Tom Rogic - 5: Almost added a third with a shot off the post

James Forrest - n/a: On too late to have any real impact
