Celtic v St Mirren Player Ratings

Player ratings for today's victory over St Mirren:

Craig Gordon - 6: Didn't have a chance with the goal, some of his kick-outs were a bit poor

Mikael Lustig - 6: Hauled Celtic back into the game with a fine header

Dedryck Boyata - 6: Didn't start all that well but eventually came onto a game

Erik Sviatchenko - 6: Similar to Boyata, didn't start well but eventually coped with the St Mirren threat

Kieran Tierney - 6: A quiet game by his high standards, was nullified well by St Mirren

Nir Bitton - 5: Second poor game in a row, some poor passing and was deservedly subbed

Scott Brown - 7: Bossed the game in the end after a slow start

Gary Mackay-Steven - 4: Oh dear, had a very poor game and was subbed at half-time, will be a long way back from this

Stuart Armstrong - 6: Played well enough but didn't stamp his authority on the game like he can

Scott Sinclair - 8: Scored a brilliant goal and was at the forefront of some great attacking play in the second half

Moussa Dembele - 7: Scored a goal, almost scored an own goal and should have had a hat-trick in a mixed day for Moussa

Subs:

Patrick Roberts - 8: Changed the game with some great skill and urgency, was unlucky not to get a goal with a shot off the post in injury time

Leigh Griffith - 8: Best Celtic performance for a long time, capped off with a deserved goal

Eboue Kouassi - 6: Announced his arrival with a crunching challenge, more of those please
