THE BIG STORY: Brendan Rodgers was delighted with last night’s 3-0 cruise over Aberdeen - read our match report here - suggesting that the team’s performance showed Celtic’s ‘big team’ mentality, as Celtic took a table of the table clash in our stride. The manager’s next target is to keep our unbeaten run going.
Rodgers also took time to praise the Celtic goalscorers Kieran Tierney and Moussa Dembele, describing KT as an ‘incredible talent’ and Moussa as ‘outstanding’.
KT spoke to CelticTV after the game, and you can see what he said below.

It really was a superb Celtic performance, I would say our best of the season so far. We were completely dominant and the win puts down a marker for the rest of Scottish Football: catch us if you can.
ON THIS DAY: In 2014, goals from John Guidetti and Stefan Scepovic - remember them? - gave Celtic a 2-0 win over 10 man Kilmarnock at Celtic Park.
In 2005 a Stan Petrov hat-trick was the highlight of a 5-0 hammering of Motherwell at Celtic Park, Celtic’s other goals came from Shaun Maloney and a trademark Naka free-kick.
In 1996 Andy Thom bagged a brace in a 4-0 win over Hibs at Easter Road. Celtic’s other goals were scored by Big Pierre and Simon Donnelly.
