Player ratings from last night’s comprehensive defeat in Munich:
Craig Gordon - 6: Pulled off some great saves but was also guilty of giving away the corner which lead to Bayern’s third goal, wouldn’t be shocked if he was ‘rested’ against Hibs on Saturday
Cristian Gamboa - 3: Oh dear. Played like what he is - a reserve right-back, and was quite possibly at fault for two of Bayern’s goals

Mkael Lustig - 4: Lucky not to concede a penalty for a blatant pull on Lewandowski, struggled like he usually does when he’s at centre-back
Dedryck Boyata - 5: Celtic’s best defender on the night, which isn’t saying much but he didn’t let the side down
Kieran Tierney - 5: Struggled defensively but played well going forward, particularly in the second half and was unlucky not to score

Scott Brown - 6: Had a decent game but found it difficult to stem the flow of Bayern attacks
Olivier Ntcham - 5: Seemed to give the ball away too often and continued his run of mixed form

Stuart Armstrong - 4: Found it very difficult to get into the game and was unsurprisingly substituted
Patrick Roberts - 6: One of the few who played like they weren’t paralysed with fear, had a decent game in all honesty
Scott Sinclair - 5: Didn’t have his greatest game, missed a fairly decent chance in the first half before have a goal disallowed in the second half
Leigh Griffiths - 4: Was once again influential against the very best opposition although to be fair we wasn’t given much support
Substitutes:
Moussa Dembele - 5: Didn’t contribute that much but you could tell that he was a player that Bayern feared, would expect him to start against Hibs

Tom Rogic - 5: Had some nice touches and played well in Celtic’s best period of the game
James Forrest - 5: Came close to scoring after a fine run and shot, perhaps deserves anther run in the starting line-up
